1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RAiR Creative Labs (including our website, desktop applications, and mobile apps), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to any video, audio, or text content you upload. You grant RAiR Creative Labs a limited, worldwide license solely to host, process, transcribe, and render the output requested by you.

You agree not to upload content that violates intellectual property laws, promotes unlawful activities, or infringes on the privacy rights of others.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans and credit packs are billed in advance in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. Services and credits are made available immediately upon payment confirmation.

4. Fair Use & Account Integrity

Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt server integrity, or launch automated scraping/denial-of-service attacks against our rendering infrastructure. Accounts found violating fair use guidelines may be suspended.
