When you create an account or use RAiR Creative Labs, we collect:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and encrypted credentials.
• Billing Data: Transaction ID and plan tier (processed securely by Razorpay; we never store your full card or banking passwords).
• Uploaded Media: Video and audio files that you upload strictly for caption transcription, editing, and rendering.

2. How We Use Your Video and Audio Media

Your content belongs strictly to you. We process uploaded files solely to generate subtitles, synchronize word timestamps, and render styled video overlays.

We do NOT sell your media, nor do we use private user videos to train public AI models.

3. Data Retention and Storage

Temporary video renders and extracted audio files are retained on our servers only for the duration needed to complete your export sessions, after which they are systematically purged. You can delete your account or contact support at any time to request complete data erasure.

4. Third-Party Services

We collaborate with reputable industry providers to deliver our core capabilities:

• Payment Processing: Razorpay Software Private Limited (PCI-DSS compliant).
• Speech AI & Transcription: Enterprise speech-to-text models with strict data isolation.
